'When The Bands Are Gone' is the third single by London punk-rockers Barking Poets, out September 3rd 2021 on Spotify, Apple Music / iTunes, Amazon and all digital platforms.
The band support and donate to the #saveourvenues campaign run by the Music Venue Trust so the ongoing venue crisis and gentrification of clubs and pubs is desperately addressed on this single.
'When the bands are gone' was recorded at Stereolab's Unit 13 Studios in South London and produced, mixed and mastered by Paul Tipler (Elastica, Idlewild, Reuben, Placebo). It will be part of Barking Poets upcoming debut mini-album 'Back To Abnormal' set for release on 1st October 2021 on Engineer Records.
